SWAT situation ends with man in critical condition after 'experiencing emotional trauma'

ROUND ROCK, Texas (KXAN) — A man is in critical condition Monday after he was found unresponsive by a SWAT team robot following a mental health crisis at a home in Round Rock.Round Rock Police Department Lt.
