SWAT called to barricaded subject in north Austin

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Austin police and SWAT members were called to a building in north Austin for a barricaded subject Friday morning.
Police told KXAN that the call came in around 2:57 a.m. in the 9100 block of North Interstate 35 on the southbound service road south of Rundberg. They would not say what sort of building was being searched but several hotels are in the vicinity.
