Suspect in ‘ambush’ style attack on Iowa officers captured

DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) — Police say they have captured the man believed to have shot and killed two Des Moines area police officers Wednesday morning. Scott Michael Greene, 46, of Urbandale was originally described as armed and dangerous.
Des Moines police Sgt. Paul Parizek says Greene was taken into custody without incident Wednesday morning in Dallas County, just west of Des Moines.
