Suspect dead following shooting involving police in northwest Austin

AUSTIN (KXAN) -- Austin Police Department officers are on the scene of a shooting involving police in northwest Austin Thursday morning.The police department posted about the shooting on X at 9:53 a.m., saying it happened in the 9500 block of North Farm to Market Road 620.
APD did not specify in the post if the officer who was involved in the shooting was with APD or another agency.
