Sunshine and warmth return today

AUSTIN (KXAN) -- The day dawns with an overcast sky and areas of fog. Visibility is between one and three miles at several locations.
The clouds and the fog will slowly ease out during the morning leaving a partly cloudy to mostly sunny sky for the afternoon. Most highs this afternoon will peak in the low to mid 60s.
There may be some low 70s in some of the western Hill Country where the clouds will clear first. Meanwhile, highs in the upper 50s are forecast in our eastern counties (Fayette, Lee
