Suit for rancher over spiders aims to curb endangered species regulations

Williamson County, Texas (KXAN) — A lawsuit over small, Central Texas cave spiders is moving closer to an appearance in federal court. The parties suing the federal government over the Bone Cave Harvestman spider’s place on the Endangered species list hope that this suit may pave the way to curb federal regulation of endangered species.
