Study: Texas low-income parents not utilizing child care services

AUSTIN (KXAN) — The results of a study on child care in Texas shows that low-income parents are not utilizing $500 million worth of services they qualify for because they don’t know about them.
Children at Risk, a non-profit group, is releasing their report showing a need for a partnership between the Texas Work Force Commission and the Texas Association for the Education of Young Children to inform parents of the services that aren’t being used for the most vuln
