State: Despite refinery closures, gasoline supply plentiful

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Gasoline prices in Texas could rise up by 35 cents a gallon due to the effects of Harvey. But the head of the agency that regulates the oil and gas industry in the state says there is an adequate supply of gasoline to meet the demand.
