Spectrum restores phone service to customers after outage

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Spectrum customers across Texas had issues with their phone systems due to a widespread outage Tuesday afternoon. A spokesperson for Spectrum says some customers experienced a network outage that impacted digital phone services.
According to downdetector.com, there were numerous reports of phone systems being down across Texas, the biggest areas that saw issues were San Antonio, Austin and Dallas.
