Speaker Paul Ryan tours the Rio Grande Valley

McALLEN, Texas (Nexstar) — House Speaker Paul Ryan traveled to the Rio Grande Valley for the first time Wednesday to get a first-hand look at the area where President Donald Trump plans to build a border wall.
