South Austin bank robbery ends in a SWAT situation

AUSTIN (KXAN) — A bank robbery in south Austin turned into a SWAT situation Monday afternoon.
Officers were initially called to the Capital Credit Union at 133 E. Ben White Blvd., near South Congress Avenue, just after 10:30 a.m. Austin police say a man came into the bank, demanded money and left with an undisclosed amount of cash.
