Some areas may see more rain on Monday than they have recorded all year

AUSTIN (KXAN) — An approaching cold front and storm system forecast to arrive on Monday may bring 1-2" of rain to parts of Central Texas. Parts of the drought-stricken Hill Country have only recorded 1" of rain all year.Before that western storm arrives, we will remain in this stagnant weather pattern of high humidity, mainly gray skies, breezy winds and a few isolated showers Friday and Saturday.
