Silver alert discontinued as missing Travis County man is found

TRAVIS COUNTY, Texas (KXAN) — A search for Joseph Phillip Branch, who has been diagnosed with a cognitive impairment and was last seen in Briarcliff, was discontinued Friday night after he was found.
