Scattered storms, some severe, possible Thursday

AUSTIN (KXAN) -- Rain chances return to the forecast tonight with a more active day of storms on tap tomorrow.Today will look and feel similar to yesterday - more clouds than sun, mainly dry and cooler than normal with afternoon highs limited to the 60s in most areas.
