Scattered storms moving through Eastern Counties now

AUSTIN (KXAN) -- Monday was a record breaker in Austin with temperatures reaching 83º and surpassing the record high for the date at Camp Mabry of 80º back in 1954. It was also a record high at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport where we reached 83º and beat the previous record high of 81º set in 2006.Records aside, we're watching the scattered storms moving through Central Texas over the next few hours.
