Round Rock woman charged with intoxication manslaughter

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Texas (KXAN) — A Round Rock woman is charged with intoxication manslaughter after a deadly crash on Sept. 21.
The Department of Public Safety says 46-year-old Lisa Miller was driving southbound on County Road 175, north of Ranch to Market 1431, around 11 p.m. when she veered into the northbound lanes hitting a car being driven by 69-year-old Raymond Shannon of Georgetown.
