Report: At least 46 undocumented migrants found dead inside 18-wheeler in San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO, Texas (KXAN) — At least 46 undocumented migrants were found dead in an 18-wheeler in south San Antonio, according to the city's NBC affiliate.WOAI's Simone De Alba reports that along with the deaths, at least 17 of the people found were taken to hospitals with injuries but their conditions are unknown.
The 18-wheeler was found in the 9600 block of Quintana Road near Cassin Drive on the southwest side of San Antonio.We will update this story once more information becomes availa
