Report: At least 20 undocumented migrants found dead inside 18-wheeler in San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO, Texas (KXAN) — At least 20 undocumented migrants were found dead in an 18-wheeler in south San Antonio, according to the city's NBC affiliate.WOAI reported that at least two of the people found were taken to a hospital with injuries but their conditions are unknown. The 18-wheeler was found in the 9600 block of Quintana Road near Cassin Drive on the southwest side of San Antonio.We will update this story once more information becomes available.
