Rain chances decreasing, heat increasing

AUSTIN (KXAN) -- After some much needed rain in May, June will start off with lower rain chances and increasing heat once again. The normal high for the start of June is 91 degrees and the normal low is 71 degrees. Looking head into the coming week, we will see temperatures begin to rise above normal as high pressure begins to build north out of Mexico.
