Rain & storm chances continue into work week

AUSTIN (KXAN) -- Strong to severe storms continue to push south and east of Austin. Storms brought beneficial rain with many LCRA gauges recording 3/4" to an inch of rain. A 59 mph wind gust was also recorded at Austin-Bergstrom Airport. Expect drying conditions overnight as the atmosphere recharges.Shower/thunderstorm chances go up to 60% Sunday.
