Quinceañera celebration highlights Latino contribution to Texas

AUSTIN (KXAN) — In protest of the anti-sanctuary cities law, SB4, a Latino civic engagement group, hosted a Quinceañera celebration at the Texas State Capitol to highlight Latino culture.
