Possible 2nd human case of West Nile in Williamson County
GEORGETOWN, Texas (KXAN) – The Williamson County and Cities Health District is investigating a possible second human case of the West Nile Virus.
The county says a woman who is over 50 years old has been diagnosed with meningitis. Now, they’re waiting on test results to confirm if it’s West Nile. The county anticipates the blood work could be back by Friday.
