Police take murder suspect into custody near Georgetown High

GEORGETOWN, Texas (KXAN) — Sources say Silvestre Franco-Luviano, 40, the man accused of kidnapping a Georgetown man on Monday and wanted in connection with two murders in the Dallas area over the weekend, has been taken into custody in Georgetown.
Georgetown High School was placed on lockdown, as authorities searched an apartment complex in the 2100 block of North Austin Avenue for the man. Police said they received information just after 5 p.m. that he was inside one of the apar
