Police scour Onion Creek area for evidence from Austin teen’s murder

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Austin police are searching for new evidence in Onion Creek from a 2015 murder of Austin teen Darian Longoria.
A Homicide Detective Unit is working with the FBI Safe Streets Task Force to search for clues to his death on the 5000 block of Bonneville Bend.
Darian, 16, went missing on Dec. 9, 2015. A father and son found his remains while trying out brand new metal detectors in Onion Creek, on Jan. 3.
