Police: Men dressed as utility workers robs homeowner in west Austin

AUSTIN (KXAN ) — Police are investigating a home invasion that happened in west Austin Wednesday morning.
Austin police say the incident happened around 8:30 a.m. in the 6200 block of Ledge Mountain Drive. Initial information indicates two men, who were dressed as utility workers, rang the doorbell of a home and proceeded to rob the person inside the home.
It is not known if the homeowner was injured in the robbery.
