Police investigating body found in south Austin creek

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Detectives are working to determine what happened to a person who was found dead in a creek Friday morning.
The person who found the body called 911 at 8:14 a.m from a Starbucks near the 500 block of West Oltorf Street.
Austin-Travis County EMS said a man in his 20s was found near East Bouldin Creek.
Austin police said the body does not seem to have been where it was for long.
