Plans for The Grove at Shoal Creek parkland unveiled

AUSTIN (KXAN) — We’re getting a new look at the 16-acre major project near 45th Street and MoPac Expressway, The Grove at Shoal Creek.
Plans include future restaurants, playgrounds, recreational spaces and a trail system. The park’s proposal is being called “superior” by the Austin Parks and Recreation department.
The major mixed-use project also has plans for affordable housing.
