Pflugerville lieutenant subject to internal affairs investigation

PFLUGERVILLE, Texas (KXAN) – A longtime member of the Pflugerville Police Department, Lt. Laura Wilkes, is the subject of an internal affairs investigation into unspecified allegations dating back to mid-September, KXAN News has learned.
