Penalties killing Texas' offense, defense thriving with 6-3 halftime lead over Georgia

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Although Texas has outgained Georgia 260-54 in the first half of the Southeastern Conference championship game, the Longhorns' halftime lead is 6-3 Saturday at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.Penalties have killed the Longhorns on both sides of the ball, wiping out two interceptions on defense and causing drives to stall on offense.
