Paramount closes deal to acquire Warner Brothers Discovery

Paramount officially closed its multi-billion-dollar deal to acquire fellow media giant Warner Brothers Discovery (WBD) on Tuesday, creating the largest provider in news, sports and entertainment offerings in the world.
