Openers announced for Billboard's 'The Stage' at SXSW

AUSTIN (KXAN) -- Billboard's "The Stage" at South By Southwest is gearing up for big performances at Waterloo Park.
Billboard announced its return to SXSW last month along with the three-night concert series' headliners, which include Texas country star Koe Wetzel, and Texas-based Latin band Grupo Frontera.
