‘Ongoing domestic violence’ ends in Austin ISD nurse’s death

AUSTIN (KXAN) – An “armed and dangerous” suspect in a shooting that killed a woman in east Austin Sunday evening has been captured by the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force.
Waymon “Keith” Eason Sr., 49, was arrested Monday afternoon in north Austin in the death of Ronda Beans, 50. According to an arrest affidavit, on Sunday around 4:45 p.m., Eason pointed a handgun and fired several rounds at Beans as she tried to take cover.
When first responders arrived to the 53
