One shot, one arrested in shooting at north Dallas hotel

DALLAS (KXAN) — A reported active shooter situation has ended at a north Dallas hotel, as a large number of police converged in the hotel parking lot, according to NBCDFW.
Police were called to the Dallas Wyndham Suites Park Central hotel on Alpha Road, near the interchange of US 75 and I-635, after 2:30 p.m., the local NBC affiliate reports.
One person was arrested and another was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
