One dead, three injured in crash on FM 1431 near Leander

TRAVIS COUNTY, Texas (KXAN) — A two-vehicle crash near Leander Saturday morning killed one person and sent three others to the hospital.
According to DPS, the crash happened around 10:40 a.m. in the 18000 block of FM 1431 near Vista Rock Drive.
Austin-Travis County EMS says one person is dead, two women were taken to Round Rock Medical Center and a child was taken to Dell Children’s Medical Center.
Only one lane on FM 1431 is open
DPS says to avoid the area and use caution.
This is a
