One dead in San Marcos I-35 crash

SAN MARCOS, Texas (KXAN) — Interstate 35 in San Marcos is back open after a person died in a crash Wednesday morning.
Just before 2 a.m. a truck with a trailer broke down and stopped in the right southbound lane. A car crashed into the truck near McCarty Lane killing one person. Police have not said which car the deceased person was in.
Currently there is debris scattered across the highway.
