Officer involved in shooting, stabbing in west Austin

AUSTIN (KXAN) — An Austin police officer was involved in an incident where two men were rushed to the hospital after one was shot and another was stabbed
Austin police say they responded to the 4000 block of Greenhill Place, which is off Mesa Drive in west Austin, at 10:35 a.m. One man had been stabbed and another had been shot.
Police believe an officer fired their weapon, but they’re still investigating.
Austin-Travis County EMS said they transported the two men, both in their 50s,
