No injuries after flames engulf vehicle in La Grange

LA GRANGE, Texas (KXAN) — No one was injured when a man’s car burst into flames on the side of State Highway 77 in La Grange Thursday.
The driver told Fayette County Sheriff’s Office deputies that his tire blew out while driving south on SH 77 around 3:36 p.m., so he pulled over just after Farm to Market Road 2436. As he was calling for help, he saw flames coming from beneath his vehicle.
