No charges filed in sexual assault case at Anderson High School

AUSTIN (KXAN) — The principal of Anderson High School sent home a letter to students and parents Tuesday indicating there will not be any charges for an alleged sexual assault that happened on campus last month.
On Sept. 15, the school said a student was sexually assaulted on campus and an investigation was underway. The day after the school learned of the incident, the principal said the suspect was neither an intruder nor a staff member.
