New American citizens look forward to voting in Texas

AUSTIN (KXAN) — While many adults in the U.S. have been able to vote for years, if not decades, more than 1,000 adults in Austin are getting ready to cast their ballots for the first time.
Thursday, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services swore in 1,201 people to become American citizens in the Delco Center in Austin.
