Neighbor says Sixth Street punching death suspect ‘needed help’

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Less than 24 hours after the Austin Police Department shared surveillance videos of the man they believe is the person of interest in the punching death of an Air Force veteran in downtown Austin, he was arrested and charged with manslaughter.
