Murder suspect who kidnapped Georgetown man still on the run

GEORGETOWN, Texas (KXAN) — No new crimes possibly involving Silvestre Franco-Luviano, 40, the man connected to two Dallas area-murders and a kidnapping in Georgetown, have been reported to police. Authorities are still searching for the man, considered armed and extremely dangerous.
The Georgetown Police Department said Tuesday they have not heard of possibly related crimes elsewhere.
