AUSTIN (KXAN) -- Clouds cleared out Saturday night leaving a clear sky during the overnight hours. The morning will be sunny but there will be increasing clouds to a partly cloudy sky this afternoon.Mild afternoon high temperaturesHalloween weather will be mostly cloudy during the day. An upper-level trough will approach from the west that will help trigger a few showers and isolated thunderstorms as early as 5 p.m. Monday in Gillespie, Blanco, and Hays Counties. Rain will be scattered tomorrow
