Motorcyclist killed in North MoPac crash identified

AUSTIN (KXAN) — The motorcyclist killed in a crash on North MoPac Expressway near Braker Lane on Tuesday has been identified by Austin police.
Alexander Davsley, 29, was riding northbound in the outside lane of the 10800 block of MoPac on a 2016 Ducati motorcycle. A driver of a Jeep, driving behind Davsley, hit the rear of his motorcycle while trying to move into the center lane.
Davsley was pronounced dead at the scene at 8:44 p.m. on Aug. 30. He was wearing a helmet and had a motorcycle
