Morning temps could be coldest in years as winter storm pulls away

AUSTIN (KXAN) –A Hard Freeze Warning is now in effect for Lampasas and Milam counties until 10 a.m. and Travis, Williamson, Hays, Llano, Burnet, Gillespie, Blanco, Caldwell, Bastrop, Lee and Fayette counties until noon Wednesday.
