Manor ISD fails TEA financial accountability rating

MANOR, Texas (KXAN) — The Texas Education Association released its final financial accountability ratings for 2015-2016. The Manor Independent School District was the only Central Texas district to fail.
More than 1,200 school districts and charter schools were rated, and 97 percent of them passed.
The TEA looks at 15 different categories when coming up with a financial rating and score. Regardless of what score you get, there are five indicators that result in an automatic ‘F.&rsquo
