Man who’s been arrested 55 times in 19 years wanted in robbery case

AUSTIN (KXAN) — A man who has been arrested 55 times is wanted in connection with a robbery in which he allegedly stole a necklace from a legally blind man.
According to jail records, Charles Ramirez, 37, was out of Travis County Jail on a general release on Nov. 2. According to an affidavit, five days later he robbed a man at his south Austin home.
