Man killed in US 290 chain reaction crash identified

AUSTIN (KXAN) — A man who was killed in a crash between four vehicles on US Highway 290 and MoPac on Oct. 13 has been identified as 70-year-old Michael Thomas Sullivan.
Three vehicles were stopped in traffic on the northbound ramp from 290 to South MoPac, when a Ford Expedition crashed into a Ford 500SL. A chain reaction was sparked between all four vehicles critically injuring Sullivan, who was driving the Ford 500SL that was initially hit.
