Man killed in Lockhart excavation project identified

LOCKHART, Texas (KXAN) — A construction worker who died while working on an excavation project in Lockhart Wednesday has been identified as 22-year-old Nathan Fryday.
The construction accident near the intersection of Clear Fork Street and City Line Road. A neighbor who lives nearby says the crews were digging a water line on Clear Fork Street for homes that are slated to be built when the collapse happened.
