Man killed in Lake LBJ boating crash

BURNET COUNTY (KXAN) – Granite Shoals police and the Texas Parks and Wildlife are investigating a deadly boating crash on Lake LBJ.
The Lower Colorado River Authority said the crash happened around 11:04 p.m. Sunday. The Texas Parks and Wildlife says a man and woman were on a boat when they hit a concrete retaining wall while trying to drive the boat into a cove.
The 65-year-old man died while the woman was treated and released. Authorities say the couple lived in the area.
