Man dies, 5 injured in crash closing northbound Manchaca

AUSTIN (KXAN) — A three-vehicle crash that killed one man and left five people injured around 12:15 p.m. has Manchaca Road just south of Slaughter Lane closed in the northbound direction and one lane in the southbound direction.
Three people were rescued by Austin/Travis County EMS after they were pinned inside their vehicles. A man in his 20s was pronounced dead at the scene.
